This End-user license agreement (“Agreement”) governs access to and use of the MailMeGo web service available through mailmego.com (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service

The Service provides web-based access to email-related functionality made available through mailmego.com. Features may include receiving, viewing, sending, forwarding, downloading, organizing, and deleting messages and attachments. The Service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

2. Limited license

MailMeGo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, distribute malware, conduct fraud, interfere with the Service or its infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated activity in a manner that materially disrupts normal operation of the Service.

4. Email addresses and content

You are responsible for the email addresses you use and for messages, attachments, links, and other content accessed or transmitted through the Service. You should not use the Service for information that requires permanent or guaranteed storage unless you keep an independent copy.

5. Message retention and deletion

Messages and other data may be retained only for a limited period and may be automatically deleted in accordance with the Service's current retention settings. Deletion, expiration, technical failure, or maintenance may result in permanent loss of content.

6. Third-party content and links

Messages may contain content or links provided by third parties. MailMeGo does not control or endorse third-party content and is not responsible for external websites, services, files, or communications.

7. Security

You must not attempt to bypass access restrictions, probe or exploit vulnerabilities, impersonate another person, or interfere with security mechanisms. No internet or email service can be guaranteed to be completely secure or continuously available.

8. Availability and warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MailMeGo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of messages, attachments, data, access, or opportunity.

10. Termination

Access may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, address abuse or security risks, or enforce this Agreement.

11. Changes to this Agreement

This Agreement may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page is the version applicable to use of the Service from its stated update date.

12. General

If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
